Key Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke, high-impact resumes, executive biographies, cover letters, and comprehensive LinkedIn profiles for Director, VP, and C-Suite candidates.
- Review client intake questionnaires and strategic logs to identify unique career themes and key value propositions.
- Translate raw career descriptions into quantified, achievement-oriented bullet points using the Google XYZ framework ('Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y], by doing [Z]').
- Maintain pixel-perfect visual layouts, margin spacing, and section hierarchy tailored for exact print/A4 rendering.
- Perform semantic comparisons and analyze candidate drafts against target role keywords using semantic scanners to isolate critical qualification gaps.
- Provide constructive feedback to client strategy managers regarding target profile alignment.
- Iterate on drafts based on direct client feedback, maintaining a high satisfaction rate (95%+ target).
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional resume writing experience, with at least 2 years focusing specifically on executive, director, or C-suite levels.
- Deep operational knowledge of modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Workday, Lever, Greenhouse, and Taleo parsing behaviors.
- Exceptional command of written English, strong vocabulary, active verb usage, and the ability to eliminate generic corporate buzzwords.
- High familiarity with modern technology stacks, corporate business operations, and financial metrics (P&L ownership, EBITDA, CAPEX/OPEX).
- Strong interviewing skills to extract key accomplishments from clients.
- Access to high-speed internet, secure workstation, and professional communications stack.
- Certification from a recognized writing association (e.g., CPRW, CERM, MRW) is highly desirable.

- Deconstruct complex career path logs and extract transferable achievements to overcome career gaps, industry shifts, or tenure concerns.
- Formulate personalized branding narratives, keyword maps, and position recommendations to bypass automated parser filters.
- Deliver expert mock interviews, feedback sessions, and strategic career roadmap diagrams.
- Collaborate with the resume writing team to translate coaching insights into tailored resume layout briefs.
- Keep abreast of global executive search trends, compensation brackets, and hiring priorities.
- Monitor client progression metrics and offer ongoing transition coaching modules.
Requirements
- Certified Career Coach (CPCC, ACC, PCC, or equivalent) or 5+ years of corporate recruiting, executive search, or talent acquisition leadership.
- Demonstrated experience advising mid-to-senior level professionals through major career transitions (e.g., IC to Manager, military to corporate, startup to enterprise).
- Deep operational understanding of modern recruiting stacks, LinkedIn Recruiter searches, and ATS algorithms.
- Empathetic and structured consulting approach with the ability to draw out underlying career achievements.
- Outstanding verbal communication, presentation skills, and professional consulting presence.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate strategy blueprints across multiple clients.
