Support runs on email, so the first reply is faster when the message already answers the obvious questions. None of this is required, and a short message beats no message.
- People often write from a work address and we cannot find the account. If you are asking about billing, the address that received the receipt is the one we need.
- The page you were on, what you clicked, and what appeared instead of the thing you expected. A screenshot of the error saves a round trip.
- Export and preview problems are usually specific to one browser. Chrome on Windows behaves differently from Safari on an iPhone, and knowing which one you used narrows it quickly.
- If a scan, export or template is misbehaving, name the resume. We do not read your documents to answer general questions, but we cannot reproduce a layout bug without knowing which one broke.
